Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused brake pads or components in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 3.Ship to PBS
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; we recommend insurance for high-value performance parts.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in resalable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
